It's hard to be consistent in multiple areas year round when you're a busy woman - there's nothing wrong with you! Life gets busy, and you can't do it all at once.
Monthly challenges are designed to help you focus on ONE area at a time and build or re-establish healthy habits in ONE area at a time.
Challenges alternate between "Faster" (Running) and "Fueled" (Nutrition) & include education, a tracker and weekly check ins for accountability to help you focus in on and improve.

Last year, when I turned 40, I had another ah-ha moment: despite running more miles than ever training for my first ultra marathon, I had put on 10 pounds.
