Run Fueled & Faster is designed to help you be more consistent than ever. It's a community for female runners who want to eat healthier, get stronger and run faster in a sustainable & enjoyable way. 

Run Fueled & Faster was designed for the female runner, over 35 years old, who: 

  • Desires to fuel her running well & feel confident her body & her fueling strategy.
  • Wants to run faster relative to her CURRENT fitness level - it doesn't matter how "fast" you are compared to others or to your younger or pre-kids self. You want to focus on improving from you current starting point. All paces welcome!
  • Wants more energy so she can enjoy life & train better. 
  • Is seeking a place where she can be supported, encouraged & accepted, while also being challenged to improve. 

Monthly Challenges 

It's hard to be consistent in multiple areas year round when you're a busy woman - there's nothing wrong with you! Life gets busy, and you can't do it all at once. 

Monthly challenges are designed to help you focus on ONE area at a time and build or re-establish healthy habits in ONE area at a time. 

Challenges alternate between "Faster" (Running) and "Fueled" (Nutrition) & include education, a tracker and weekly check ins for accountability to help you focus in on and improve. 

MARCH 2026: FUELED RUNNER CHALLENGE

Not sure if you're fueling your runs so that you perform your best? Want to feel confident on race day that you're doing everything you need to run your fastest time?

Some signs you can improve your running fueling

  • You tend to be really tired, grumpy and/or "dead to the world" on the afternoon of your long run 
  • You start strong on your long runs or speed but struggle to hold pace in the later portion of the run or workout 
  • Your race performances don't seem to reflect your training 
  • You can't stop snacking in the afternoon or evening and/or have intense cravings for not so healthy foods at dinner time.  
  • You sometimes "save" calories from gels or post run so that you can eat them with a  meal or your favorite foods later 
  • You are worried the carb recommendations you see online are going to cause weight gain 
  • You just aren't hungry after a run so you don't eat 
  • You wake up in the middle of the night hungry
  • You don't really think about fueling at all - you just do what has always worked

If even ONE of the above resonates, you could stand to work on your fueling! Most runners are not optimizing their nutrition in a way that helps them perform their best. 

The March Fueled Challenge focuses on helping you optimize your fueling before/during/after runs so that you can run faster, recover better & eat healthier overall. 

Included in the challenge: 

1. Fueling guide with guidance on how much and what to eat before/during/after different types of runs. 

2. A journal to analyze your current habits & identify areas for improvement. 

3. Tracking sheets to help you analyze & improve your fueling

4. Ideas for what to eat

5. Guidance & accountability from a certified run coach & a community of likeminded women 

6. Optional Q&A coaching call & ability to ask questions in the group to get individual feedback.

I have created Run Fueled & Faster by leveraging 8 years of coaching experience to help women run faster, fuel their runs with healthy food & get stronger by giving you the motivation, resources, community & support you need to achieve YOUR goals.

  • Participate in (optional) monthly challenges to keep you more consistent & engaged in your running and nutrition goals.

FUELED challenges are related to nutrition and FASTER challenges are related to running. Each challenge includes 1 (recorded) training & coaching call.
  • Community of Likeminded Female Runners: Set weekly goals to help you stay accountable, get running & fueling tips, ask questions, engage in conversations about running, get recipe and meal ideas, and find members near you or with things you share in common. This app is incredible at connecting people & you're bound to find your group of BRFs (best running friends) here! 

Why I Created Run Fueled & Faster


Last year, when I turned 40, I had another ah-ha moment: despite running more miles than ever training for my first ultra marathon, I had put on 10 pounds. As a coach for 8 years, I was embarrassed but honestly, I was just following the advice I had heard - you must fuel A LOT while training so much. 

But as I proved to myself & hundreds of clients this year with my Run Fuel weight loss for runners program, it turns out, when you fuel with the right foods, you can maintain or even lose weight AND improve your performance & feel great. I am in the best shape of my life at age 41, maintaining my 12 pound weight loss, feeling fitter & running faster than ever. 

Running, strength training and nutrition are my passion and I LOVE community building. I've been bringing women together to achieve fitness, health & running goals for almost 9 years now. Run Fueled & Fast is a place where you can come be motivated, educated & inspired to be your best. 

You can join even if you are working with another run coach (though I do offer run coaching in both 1:1 and group setting) or if you have a strength program you follow. 

This community is the glue that holds all the pieces of your running progress together & keeps you consistent year-round, even when life gets busy. I hope you'll join us!
